| Floor Heating  The tubes in the floor heat the entire house in which
case we install an air conditioner to cool the house. In
larger homes we do floor warming. Because the big houses
are very big and spacious with lots of large rooms and a
lot of tile, we will then provide floor warming. The floor
warming is designed to warm the house to about 68 degF and
then we add either heat pumps or air handlers to top up
the heat the house to the 70 -72degF that the client will
want. This allows for humidification, filtration and fresh
air into the house. In summary, you can have floor warming
or floor heating. Floor warming is for larger homes
partial heating and floor heating is used for the homes
complete heating.   DDC Control/Energy Management  Depending on the size of the home, the extensive
systems involved or the sensitivity of the product, some
clients prefer to have LMS install controls that will
allow 24 monitoring and alarming of any anomalies. LMS
will know of a problem and, depending on the service
contract, will have a technician dispatched before the
client is aware there is any problem. LMS can provide DDC control with energy management
specific to the customer or home owner. All systems can
include off site monitoring to safeguard property and
equipment, alert water presence and provide real time
awareness of equipment failure or malfunction. LMS can monitor your systems or can show the client how
to “run their own show”. Our clients have the ability to
monitor their home from anywhere in the world and make
adjustments over the web based system.   Main Mechanical Room  In some of the larger scale mansions, many systems are
